Entrepreneur and New York Times best-selling author Rachel Hollis is a new signing for Justin Edbrooke.

At ICM Partners:

The agency has signed Machete Productions, the company behind CNBC's The Profit. 

At APA:

Longtime rep Jim Osborne has been named Head of Talent, while Sheva Cohen has been promoted to Senior Vice President in the Talent Department. The agency has also confirmed the pending departure of veteran talent agent Ryan Martin.

At WME:

Oscar-nominated producer/director/writer Lee Daniels, co-creator of Empire and Star, is a new sign for Jerome Duboz and Theresa Kang.

At UTA:

Comedian Dennis Miller, whose ninth stand-up special, Fake News, Real Jokes, premiered this month, has signed with Douglas Edley.
 
At Abrams Artists:

Singer/songwriter Poppy, whose second studio album Am I A Girl? is out now, has signed with Alec Shankman and Jade Sherman.

At Verve:

Former Roseanne showrunner Eric Gilliland has signed with the team of Bill Weinstein, Kyle Jensen, and Rich Rogers.
