At WME:
Action superstar Jason Statham has signed with an agent team led by Patrick Whitesell and Andrew Finklestein. The Fast & Furious spinoff Hobbs & Shaw with him and Dwayne Johnson hits theaters August 2.
Costume designer Ruth E. Carter is also a new signing for agent Mira Yong. She became the first black costume designer to win an Academy Award for her work on 2018's Black Panther.
Country group Zac Brown Band has signed with agent Scott Clayton. They will hit the road this summer with The Owl Tour, which begins in June.
At CAA:
Filmmaker Albert Hughes is a new signing for Charlie Jennings. He recently directed his first solo feature, the prehistoric drama Alpha.
Stage directors Jamie Lloyd, Sammi Cannold, and Warren Carlyle have all signed with the agency for representation.
At UTA:
Political matriarch Cindy McCain has come aboard the agency. Her daughter, View co-host Meghan McCain, is already represented by Max Stubblefield.
Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai has signed with agent Darnell Strom. At 17, she became the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014.

Actress and activist Shakina Nayfack is a new signing for Abrams Artists Agency. She is perhaps best known for her work on the Hulu comedy Difficult People.
Writer-director Kestrin Pantera has signed with ICM Partners. She is the creator and star of the dramedy Mother's Little Helpers, which just had its premiere at SXSW.
Management Notes:
Stephanie Piza and Carla Vionette Santiago have gone out on their own to launch the new management firm UNCMMN. Piza had been at Flip Management while Santiago was with United Entertainment.
Publicity Notes:
Vision PR has signed actresses Sarah Jeffrey and McKaley Miller. Jeffrey stars on Disney Channel's Descendants while Miller can be seen on the upcoming horror film Ma.
Status PR signs actress Audrey Grace Marshall, who will be starring on the final season of Netflix's Jessica Jones.
